I like to bring both of our humanness to the therapy space. Messiness, with no judgment. I welcome tissue-filled tears, and embodied emotion, raw reflection, and a light touch of humour. The Kind Collective is a safe and secure space for healing, where you are invited to show up authentically. We move away from the textbook because life is never that scripted.
Therapy is such a personal thing, and I believe that connection within the therapeutic relationship is so important. My aim as a psychologist is to help you feel completely comfortable in taking your first steps (or maybe your second or third steps) toward seeking support.
I look to connect with you as a whole person, exploring the ways you have learned to navigate this world. Patterns developed that once helped to make you feel safe, and still now no longer serve you, and no longer fit with where you want to be, or maybe, who you want to be.
