Shoshana is a Clinical Psychologist and has spent the last 15 years working with children, teenagers and adults in various private and public settings. Shoshana provides a safe, engaging and compassion therapeutic space for clients to process and integrate personal narrative, access internal resources, achieve their personal goals, and come home to their authentic and wise SELF. Shoshana has a natural gift in helping people feel comfortable and at ease and has spent decades training in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to develop the right tools to help people overcome their challenges, transform and grow.
I have helped people with all sorts of problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, somatoform disorders, relationship challenges, burnt-out, grief and parenting challenges. I am interested in the interconnected nature of mental and physical health and supporting individuals heal from health issues based on a holistic framework.
You can't treat the label, you have to treat the person behind the label. This is my philosophy and the cornerstone of the work that I do. When I meet a person, I want to get to know them and develop a rich and deep understanding of how they came to where they are, as well as support them to draw out their innate resources and strengths.
