Tamra is passionate about creating stability and trust within the client and therapist relationship. I value the importance of a strength-based approach to treatment to promote growth and lasting outcomes. I welcome individuals and couples of all backgrounds, genders, identifications, or religious beliefs. I am dedicated to working collaboratively in a non-judgmental, empathic and compassionate environment to create a safe space for clients to explore and genuinely express their concerns.
I offer psychological therapy for adults aged 18 and over, in both a private fee-paying capacity or with Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) and Medicare. I also offer Couples Therapy on a private fee-paying basis.
Tamra is skilled in a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to suit the individual needs of each client. I provide therapy for a diverse range of issues, disorders and presentations including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, adjustment issues, conflict, and grief and loss.
