It can be exhausting to feel like you are just surviving each day. Unlike traditional talk-therapy, EMDR Therapy is a dynamic and action-oriented approach which goes 'beyond scratching the surface'. Our work together will give valuable insights into your experiences, working towards healing from the past, so present symptoms do not bother you anymore and achieving your goals. I use EMDR therapy, EMDR 2.0, ACT, Parts Therapy, and mindfulness based strategies.
EMDR Therapy is a form of psychotherapy supporting people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing or distressing experiences. The approach can work to resolve all types of trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD phobias, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction and many more.
