I provide therapy for for adults, children (10+) and families, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I provide a nurturing, insightful and respectful space to explore your concerns and forge a path forward. My clients seek greater self-awareness and self-knowledge, often working on overcoming past trauma and attachment issues. I am especially passionate about practicing EMDR, but also offer CBT, ACT and strengths-based tools in my approach.
Seeing a counsellor can be challenging and anxiety-provoking. In our sessions, you set the pace, and I'm directed by what you wish to focus on. I provide an understanding, insightful service and share strategies and research to help guide you. Together we create a strong sense of safety and connection as the basis for our work.
