I work with those who are experiencing a breakup or divorce, separation, and relationship issues. My approach is very much person centered, holistic, and nonjudgmental as I believe in the clients need to feel safe and comfortable. My modalities include CBT, IFS, solution focused, somatic and trauma informed therapy. Based in the northern beaches in Sydney, I also provide online sessions worldwide. I have personal experience in this area and because of this, chose to become a therapist so that I can help others in the same way. There is a lack of understanding of what people are going through during this transition, and as someone who has walked a similar path I have insights that are based on experience as well as education and research.
I offer a free initial consultation so that we can both get to know each other before making a commitment to therapy. I believe it takes more than a single session to build the kind of transformation that I would like for my clients to experience.
