My approach is holistic, guided by evidence-based psychological treatments and underpinned by an awareness of the mind-body connection. I provide high quality, evidence based care for people recovering from trauma (simple or complex), anxiety, loss and grief as well as for those managing the challenges of life transitions and workplace issues.
