We all face challenges throughout our lives which often leave us carrying heavy burdens reducing joy and freedom. I am delighted to offer Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFSCA trained) where we shift from simply talking about our issues to making contact with our own parts and providing them a safe place for deep healing to occur. With bachelor and masters qualifications in counseling (PACFA registered) and years of professional and person experience, I am confident I can provide a safe, gentle space, for individuals and couples to truly feel seen and heard, regardless of your situation or personal history.
For many of us life is hectic, both in the outside world and in our own interior world. This can be very confusing and really hard work! When we find a safe space to sit and a compassionate witness, it is as if the dust finally settles and we begin to see more clearly. With this comes re-connection to our own inner calm, clarity, courage and compassion.
As a vulnerable human being like every one else, I can personally testify to the healing power of safe therapeutic spaces. This experience gives me both hope and integrity in my commitment to assisting others walk down the path less traveled, towards genuine healing and the creation of a meaningful rich life.
