I offer is Emotion Focused Therapy which is a well-researched therapy and is excellent for individuals and couples as it targets the emotional experience of a person and their thoughts and behaviours also and gives a wonderful way of understanding yourself and finding your authentic voice. I use EMDR therapy to reprocess trauma memories as an adult or child.
