For the relief or healing of any emotional challenge or ailment. I am passionate about the relief of unnecessary suffering to support recovery from a peer perspective and create a sense of wellbeing. Alternate strategies beyond pharmaceutical medication and invasive surgery for recovery to wellbeing.
Utilizing Counselling and shiatsu therapy addressing Mental health, dual diagnosis, alcohol, and other drugs. Applying numerous modalities including psychotherapy, psychosocial education, trauma-informed care, recovery model addressing mental and emotional health to facilitate healing and empowerment.
Having had the personal and professional experience and training in of loss and grief and substance issues. Parenting of 5 children and 4 grandchildren. I can support from a perspective of creating hope and meaning from challenging circumstances, from a perspective, a metaphor of from the darkness to the light.
