As a registered psychologist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to positive mental well-being, to build resilience and to overcome difficulties. My areas of work include people presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, loss, stress, panic, phobias and social anxiety. I also help with difficulties in relationships, communication and emotional regulation. I provide comprehensive psychological assessments for ADHD.
