Working primarily with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, I'm a warm, compassionate, and authentic psychologist. I work collaboratively and transparently, validating experiences in a nonjudgmental and empathetic way. I build a sense of agency and empowerment with my clients in a way that is safe, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. I can help support you with anxiety and stress, trauma, big emotions, life changes, learning difficulties, relationships and communication, grief/loss, identity and meaning challenges, and assessing and managing neurodivergence.

Groups
Overcoming Anxiety Fear and Worry
In this group you will be supported by psychologist co-facilitators and other participants to build skills, strategies and understanding to overcome anxiety in a safe and supportive environment. Group therapy provides an affordable and unique environment with group accountability and trust and the opportunity to apply skills week-to-week. Sessions will be based on evidence-based activities derived from The Anxiety Skills Workbook: Simple CBT and Mindfulness Strategies for Overcoming Anxiety, Fear, and Worry.
