I am a UK-trained and registered Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 26 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am AHPRA-registered and have dual registration and licences to practice in Australia and the UK. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings such as the National Health Service, Education, and the Voluntary sector and in various roles, as a psychologist, consultant, trainer and manager of a university counselling service. I have been providing psychological support to adults for the past 10 years and managed my own private practice for 6 years.
I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with a range of psychological issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, stress, mood instability, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, suicide, self-harm and bereavement.
