Grief and loss are part of everyday life however, there are ways to complete these lost relationships allowing the Client to move forward with their life. Trauma is brought about by events out-with our control or choices we've made or others in our lives. To bring healing from these events includes having a safe place to share the experience so that new ways of managing life are developed to allow healing to take place. This enables my clients to find true peace, rest & joy with life again. Therapy enables my clients to seek & find their true self, empowers them with endurance & tenacity while encouraging them to keep persevering.
I utilise integrated psychotherapy modalities to meet the needs of each Client. I'm also a Grief Recovery Method specialist, Prepare-Enrich Relationships Facilitator, Symbis Relationship Facilitator & Bonstato Wellbeing & Trauma Specialist & RN with over 40yrs experience, which enables me to support my clients to develop effective skills to live life fully.
