I'm a clinical psychologist working in both public and private health settings. I work best with clients who are curious enough to seek therapy because they recognise certain patterns that are not working well in their lives and wish to have support to improve this.
I work mainly with adults helping them with struggles in mood, stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma and personality disorders. My focus in therapy is to help establish your therapeutic goals, develop a treatment plan and support you along the way to achieving them. I use a number of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT and mindfulness based practices.
