I am a registered counsellor who can assist you to navigate through personal and relationship challenges and achieve positive outcomes in order to live a more satisfying and rewarding life. I offer an integrative approach, drawing on a number of therapeutic techniques that allows me as a therapist to use the most effective method available to address your individual needs. I offer counselling services both online or face to face in safe and comfortable therapeutic space where you can feel free to share your thoughts and feelings.

I work with both individuals and couples with mental health issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, anger, addiction, domestic abuse,etc. I also work with ADHD, betrayal/infidelity, EMDR, sex/porn addiction in their relationship, communication breakdown, emotional disconnection and sexual dysfunction, and clients in Poly/ENM relationships

I like to describe what I do as a counsellor a bit like this. imagine you find yourself lost in in a deep dark forest, you might be feeling afraid, confused, and wondering how you are going to find your way out. The counsellor is the person who comes and find you in the dark, and with the torch shines a light into darkness and together we walk out together
