I am a counsellor at Discovery Family Therapy, where I work with teens and families. My expertise lies in addressing family conflict, gender and body image, loss, anxiety, and trauma using positive behavioral and cognitive interventions.

I work with young people over a diverse range of topics. My experience has equipped me with valuable skills and various approaches to problem-solving, which I continually apply to enhance my practice.
