I use a blend of CBT, ACT, and DBT in therapy. My approach is informed by attachment and psychodynamic theory. I've helped clients with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, self-worth, bipolar, behaviours, grief, parenting, and more. I believe everyone has the potential to grow and heal, and I'm dedicated to helping my clients reach their goals.
