With over 10 years experience in the health and wellbeing fields, I've worked with people with various barriers and problems across various ages. Working with people experiencing emotional issues, mental ill health and somatic symptoms from trauma is my main area of interest. I am also neuro-divergent friendly, with my own neurodevelopment disorder of ADHD, which assists me to understand and identify your strengths and work with them in a person centred framework.
I offer art therapy and somatic counselling for children, young people, adults and elder persons in a safe, comfortable space whether that be in my therapy room or in the comfort of your home.
