I am a registered Medicare provider with extensive experience working with domestic abuse and trauma. I use a trauma informed approach together with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through their challenges. I am a full member of EMDRAA.
I work with people from 8 years old and upwards who experience mental health difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress caused by challenging events. I aim to provide quality, professional services where you feel safe and heard. Together we will work to make sense of your experiences and work towards your goals.
As a registered Medicare provider, I offer Medicare rebates with a current Mental Health Care plan from your GP/Doctor. You are also welcome to attend counselling without a referral.
