I am a clinical psychologist who works with teens and adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties. I enjoy working with individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders including depression, anxiety, panic and adjustment, women experiencing perinatal difficulties, life transition periods, perfectionism, older adults, trauma, and grief and loss.
I have a wide range of experience working in various adult mental health services including private and public settings. I have extensive experience include working with individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder, and also have a strong interest working with women experiencing difficulties within the perinatal period and with older adults.
I have a strong commitment to building collaborative and respectful client relationships, grounded in honesty and warmth. I will deliver goal-oriented, evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Schema therapy and strengths based therapies.
