These are some of the areas I work with: Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace issues, trauma & PTSD, stress, unhelpful thinking styles, core beliefs and sub-conscious programs, creating new neural networks and identifying strengths to enhance resilience.
The therapeutic process will help you to get curious about your life, reflect on your experiences, explore feelings and values and gain insight and understanding into what makes you who you are, why you respond the way you do, what excites you and drives your passions. Along the way you will gain skills, tools and self awareness to help you live well.
