I offer in person, phone or online sessions. I work with individuals and couples, and am a trained Gottman relationships counsellor.
I offer 30 years of experience in journeying with people as they navigate the challenges of life, fostering a safe space to explore, heal and grow. I am a trained Gottman Relationship Counsellor. As a Person Centred, trauma informed practitioner I implement a blend of modalities according to the individual needs of my clients.
I seek to facilitate empowering of clients to recognise the root cause of their challenges, which can include talk therapy, or more creative modalities. Recognition is the first step towards response rather than reactivity. Allowing for moving towards personal healing and growth. We can also work towards repair and restoration of relationships.
