I have extensive experience providing holistic, client-centred care for clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD and complex trauma, personality disorders, sex therapy, relationship therapy, cultural difficulties, work-based difficulties, stress and more.
My approach draws on my experience and training in Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Gottman’s Method for Couple’s Therapy, and Trauma-informed and recovery-focused care.
I am passionate about building a collaborative and trusting relationship with my clients. My focus is to enable my clients to understand their experiences, overcome their challenges, and learn appropriate skills that will ultimately enable them to build a more fulfilling life.
