Hello, welcome to my profile! I'm Satvir (she/her), a clinical psychologist with 15 years' experience. Clients get the most out of therapy when they find a therapist who they feel safe and comfortable with, as sessions are really a container where you regularly place all your feelings and vulnerabilities so we can work through them together.
I work with adults from all walks of life to assist with a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety and trauma. Therapy with me looks like exploring together what has shaped who you have become so far and which bits we can work on to bring you closer to who you want to be.
