I am a Sydney-based Psychosexual Therapist who is passionate about empowering people to explore, enjoy, and improve their sexual life, health, self-esteem, communication, and knowledge. I also, provide online sessions. I specialise in couples therapy, treating sexual dysfunctions but I also do general counselling, Art Therapy, IFS, and CBT. My clients have issues such as libido, orgasm issues; premature ejaculation; erectile dysfunction; painful sex; sex, porn, and masturbation addiction; issues with post-cancer intimacy. I'm also a Kundalini Awakening guide and do Past Life Regression Hypnosis, a type of energetic healing.
I offer sessions that include multiple approaches, I tailor each session to your needs. Some people prefer to express themselves through art, others want to connect to their emotions through Internal Family Systems Therapy. Others prefer general counselling and simple Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also help people in relationships and LGBTQIA+ community.
