I am an experienced clinical psychologist who works from a person-centred perspective rather than a pathology-centred perspective. My areas of interest include attachment, trauma and neurodivergence. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them to identify healthy processes such as acceptance and self-compassion. I have worked with many people who identify as LGBTQI+.
I have experience in working with people who are struggling with relationships, emotions and past trauma. I also have experience in working with women/AFAB who have diagnoses of autism and or adhd and who are exploring identity in this context.
I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental and reflective space. I approach my work with cultural sensitivity, disability-awareness, and inclusive practices.
