Sarah is a warm and intuitive practitioner whose relational approach is combined with the use of evidence based, scientific treatments. Sarah enjoys working with both individuals and couples. She has significant experience treating a broad range of concerns and maintains a sense of hope for each of her clients. Sarah will conduct a thorough assessment to develop an understanding of the issues you are facing. She will work with you to identify factors that maintain these problems and prevent you from moving forward. She will then assist you in setting goals and developing a personalised treatment plan.
Sarah has an interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD & often uses Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to assist in resolving symptoms. She also enjoys working with couples and clients with perinatal mental health issues, issues with self esteem, relationships, grief/ loss & emotional regulation difficulties.
