Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm Sara, a bilingual (Spanish/English) registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience with clients of all ages, and walks of life, although now days I work primarily with adolescents and adults. Working in a range of settings, I gained extensive experience in eating disorders, addictive behaviours, anger management, relationship conflict, trauma, eating disorders, sleep dysfunction, depression, anxiety and stress.
