Hi my name is Missy and I am a trauma-informed, and clinically trained play therapist / registered counsellor! Child Centered Play Therapy is an evidence-based counselling method that is developmentally appropriate for children aged 3-10. In a relationship characterized by warmth, understanding and acceptance, children are not only able to digest their experiences and emotional conflicts but also find themselves once again for who they are born to be.
I understand parenting can be hard, and makes you feel helpless at times. I am here to support you and your family as a whole (through child's therapy, parenting support, and parents' therapy if needed), to increase the attachment bond between you and your child, so the outcome will be life long.
