I work with individuals who may at times feel overwhelmed by their lives, relationships, or sense of self. Or may feel disconnected or unable to find deep sense of meaning and value in their persuits. You might at times feel like you’re not good enough, not loveable enough, or not worthy enough. However these limiting beliefs are never true, and talking though things is a powerful tool to reconnect rebuild. As a therapist, it is my highest mission is to help you understand and reconnect with yourself, finding peace, joy, and contentment in all aspects of your life, including work, home, relationships, hobbies, and friendships.
My expertise lies in deeply listening to and understanding you in a manner that is free of judgment and honours every trial and challenge as a valid and meaningful part of your life experience. I hold a Master’s in Psychology and come from a long line of female psychotherapists and healers. Being a therapist is my greatest passion, and it’s in my blood!
