I work with adults and adolescents with a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ASD, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality concerns, relationship and family issues, as well as difficulties with major life transitions and adjustments.
I completed a Master's of Clinical Psychology and favour an integrated and evidence-based approach which he tailors to the clients’ needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic therapy.
I aim to create a collaborative and non-judgemental environment in which my clients can be understood and achieve meaningful change. I endeavour to provide a therapeutic relationship characterised by respect and regard for my clients.
