Welcome to Calm Connections Counselling. Sometimes we face struggles, challenges and obstacles in life where we disconnect and we need help to re-gain connection to our authentic self. You may be grieving a loss, facing difficulties within your family, in your parenting or within relationships. You may have experienced trauma or in a life transition, or perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and feel like you cannot cope.
