Clients who engage with me are committed to personal growth and are seeking an individual who can often just be a witness to their reality. Personal growth requires courage, courage to be honest and courage to admit that there are certain components in our lives we are unable to change. I have been privileged to be part of the self-actualization journey of numerous individuals over the years and I have come to understand that we all have the ability to evolve. Therapy is not for the faint hearted yet it is one of the best investments in yourself you will ever make.

Be Heard. Explore Why. Make Change. You may just need someone to listen, you may need to understand how you got here, you may want to move forward in a different direction. Whatever the reason you have found yourself here, I offer support and guidance for you to gain insight and take action in your life. You have shown great strength in just getting to this point and having the awareness of needing some extra support. I aim to create a safe space where all people, thoughts and feelings are welcome. Using an integrative approach, I consider which therapies best suit you individually rather than one size fits all.

Authenticity, genuineness and unconditional support are the foundations of my therapeutic approach. I prioritise understanding what has happened to you, rather than what is wrong with you or focusing solely on labels or diagnoses. I recognise the challenge of finding a therapist who truly listens and sees you, offering a secure and trustworthy space. Like many, I have faced my own struggles and experienced the frustration of not finding the support I needed. These experiences ignited my passion for providing a different kind of service – one that is professional but also warm, understanding and nurturing.

I get it. You're struggling with balancing work and life and trying to make sense of how to not be so frustrated and angry about the state of your world when it all seems too much. Then trying to explain it all to someone (perhaps your partner) when it gets too much but who can only offer a sympathetic nod or unhelpful advice such as 'just get over it' or 'you're being dramatic!' (which rarely helped in the history of advice!). The problem is not having space or the ability to try and untangle your thoughts amidst trying to just stay afloat in an ever-increasing complex world with competing demands on your attention and sanity.
