Sometimes in life people need additional emotional support, someone to journey alongside them to help get through life or challenging experiences. It might be emotional pain and feeling overwhelmed, anxiety and/or depression, grief, conflict in relationships, stress, trauma, or an overall sense of feeling stuck. People may want to understand their behavior and the negative cycles and patterns they find themselves in, personally and in their relationships. I have over 12 years of experience providing counselling and mental health support to individuals, young people, couples and families, across various not-for profit and government settings. I am trauma informed and work from an integrative and eclectic approach to best meet the person's need.
