Hi, I'm Ruby, I work with adolsecents and adults and provide you therapy to improve your wellbeing and to foster your individual personal growth. I am warm and compassionate and I will work with you to develop a trust and safe relationship. Within this relationshp we will explore your challenges and work through them to bring about change. I support clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood and emotional difficulties, interpersonal relationship issues, and study and work-related stress.
I will work with you to build insights into your emotions and experiences and help you develop effective ways of managing your difficulties to bring about change. I believe in the importance of working collaboratively with you to explore your life experiences, current difficulties and goals to strengten your sense of self.
My therapeutic approach is person-centred, incorporating evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices. I work at Toolbox Clinic in Murrumbeena and have regular ongoing availability. I look foward to meeting you soon.
