I specialise in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help individuals and couples overcome their struggles and improve their overall well-being. With these tools, I work with clients to explore their emotions, identify patterns of behaviour, and learn how to communicate more effectively.
