Through listening to you and talking together, it becomes possible to shed new light on old problems. This creates new ways of thinking. The ensuing growth development can enable you to consider yourself and others from new perspectives and allows space for different choices and the possibility to make different life decisions.
I offer a thoughtful, confidential and containing space to get to know with you, the problems you feel beset by, both consciously and unconsciously. Dreaming and not dreaming, can be useful to illuminate unconscious and unthought meanings relating to your difficulties. Feeling listened to and talking with me in an accepting space can alleviate anxiety.
Being a psychotherapist for 20 plus years, keeps me in contact with the complexities of being human and some of the struggles this entails.
