Hi. I am an Australian counsellor and clinical supervisor. More specifically, I am a warm, understanding and engaging fellow human, deeply attuned to fostering courage, hope and possibility in times of adversity, grief, loss, and transition. While I help people from all walks of life, many of my clients feel 'different' or identify as lost, empty, highly sensitive or neurodiverse. They struggle to fit in and feel understood in our increasingly complex world. I am also deeply attuned to those seeking a solid identity and a meaningful life.

Even though I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, I don't believe it's possible to understand the explicit needs of any individual via a one-size-fit- all approach. My approach instead, is to get to the heart of what is important to you now, in a collaborative way that fosters insight and personal wisdom to effect lasting change.
