We don't just want to deal wth our issues, our grief, our trauma, our troubled relationships, our self-criticism or self-sabotage. We want to live a life of meaning and authenticity, to experience joy and happiness and contentment. Therapy and coaching is about living your life authentically: becoming their person you want to become. Living the life you want to live. Reaching you goals. Realising your dreams.
My focus is on helping my clients to become the person they'd like to become. I have trained in many modalities and therapeutic models. I am familiar with all the major types of therapy and use an integrative approach, taking whatever is needed for the client at any time. Flexibility is key for us both.
Therapy is an exploration and discovery of who you are, in this place, in this time. Therapy is a return to this authentic self. It’s a rediscovery of the YOU that has been lost over the years.
