It can feel like the storm arrives just when you thought it was time to breath a big sigh a relief. Finding a counsellor who can be reliable, wise, grounded and skilled can make all the difference to surviving the storm.
I want you to get the care you need. I am committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to find your way through this time. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Narrative Therapy and Expressive Therapies. These trainings give me a range of effective tools to support you through this challenging time.
