Relational Coaching is my personalised approach to helping people get on with one another and with life. I like coaching as a metaphor because it is positive, outcome orientated and has an everyday feel to it. One way of looking at counselling is to see it as a safe place to say what you need to say, to discover ways of saying what you need to say, to have someone hear (really hear) what you need to say, and to help you say it well!
I've been helping people most of my adult life and counselling since 2005. My clients come from diverse backgrounds and bring a variety of issues to coaching.
If you asked me what I can do for my clients my first answer would be that I offer them my attention and respect! Sure I also have specialist skills and qualifications and experience, but I'm guessing that people are looking for more than that.
