Hi, my name is Renata. I am a registered psychologist with over 10 years experience working in both the private and public sector, including correctional settings and alcohol and drug services. I have experience working with adults with different presentation and from different walks of life. I have worked with people who have experienced significant trauma and emotional distress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients to feel empowered to address their underlying concerns.
I have been trained in Cognitive behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
