As a counsellor with over 16 years of experience as a nurse I understand the challenges of the new grad, mid career and planning for the next steps after nursing.

I bring a deep understanding of the issues and emotions that often arise in the healthcare field. My approach is centered on empathy and caring. I have multiple modalities available to suit your needs and the circumstances. I am passionate about exploring nature and creative therapies.
