Predominantly treating adult mental health, I also assist late adolescents navigate their way from teens to early adulthood and beyond. I have a special interest and expertise in treating the often under-reported and hence under-treated, adult male mental health sector. I am very experienced in the treatment of PTSD and mood disorders using gold standard evidenced-based treatments.
I am available for face to face, video telehealth or phone sessions depending on your location. I live and work both in NSW and S.A sharing my time between the 2 states. On the Central Coast of NSW sessions can utilise all 3 options. In S.A. both video telehealth and phone sessions are available.
