I aim to bring back joy to your life! I support families dealing with grief, loss, change, and struggles including anxiety, depression, workplace and personal relationships. People see me to gain clarity around issues impacting their lives and to process historical events. We work collaboratively using strength-based approaches and gently with trauma-informed techniques. I work with youth aged from 10 years to 100 years.
I support youth and families with ADHD/ASD, anxiety and depression, LGBTQIA identity and gender issues. I work on communication with couples working together to reconnect or facilitate peaceful disconnection of partnerships. I work holistically looking at all areas of your life and how to face life's challenges with courage and enthusiasm.
Coffee or calls to friends and family sometimes don't give you enough perspective. Their role is to love and support you, mine is to challenge you to face your fears and explore what's holding you back. Only then can you be free of past wounds and process trauma.
