My work is about being curious; diving deeper into exploring the self, all the mysterious, hidden, buried and forgotten aspects. It's a rediscovery... helping to find your magic, raw, beautifully wild, unconditioned YOU. It's about getting in touch with your child-like curiosity and coming home to your innermost self. I am particularly passionate about working with adults to navigate; grief and loss, relationships, fear, shame, anger, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, developing self-love, self-worth and self-compassion.
My approach is not like traditional talk therapy. Instead, we explore your feelings and thoughts through meditation & visualization, somatic (body-based), movement, art & drawing, dreamwork or roleplay.
My training comes from a transpersonal and process-oriented psychology approach; it looks deeper than just your symptoms and tries to uncover underlying causes that might be fuelling your experience. Understanding these potential root causes of an ongoing issue creates space to discover the necessary steps in leading a more fulfilling and empowered life.
