I am a registered counsellor specialising in mental health, AOD and co-morbidity providing the support and guidance necessary for wellbeing and recovery. I not only creates a safe, non-judgemental sanctuary for my clients, I also have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy to ensure the most positive outcome for my clients.

I can help you understand the underlying causes of your distress, anxiety, depression, and fear by guiding you through the process.

I have the knowledge, training and experience to help nurture and support you through this process with a non-punitive, non-judgemental and compassionate nature that makes a positive difference.
