I am passionate about connecting with each client, hearing their stories and encouraging healing and growth by identifying internal and external resources and strengthening emotional intelligence. I am keen to journey with individuals who are ready to share their stories, reflect, dig deep, and begin to open themselves to new ways of being, moving towards more authenticity and wholeness.
Just as each person is unique, so I use a combination of therapeutic modalities to match and move with each client. These modalities include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I believe that taking time for counselling is one of the best ways to honour yourself; making space to reflect, learn, and be encouraged can be transformational and truly rewarding. If you're ready to take that time for yourself, I am ready to work with you, so reach out today.
