I'm a passionate trauma and couples therapist. Helping you to reconnect with your body; being able to live your life more presently and without fear. Supporting you to feel safe in mind and body to return home. I’m here to support you to make meaning of your experiences, be present with, understand and give voice to your feelings. When our mind and body are living with unhealed trauma wounds - we can be reactionary in our relationships.

When we make sense of our story, process and integrate those experiences through trauma therapy - we are less reactive in life and more trusting of ourselves and others. I offer EMDR intensives, and immersive couples programs. With this immersive therapy we both commit to making changes for you, and your relationships with others.

Trauma healing is for the individual; for the couple, the parental system, the child(ren) through their parents, which ripples through the generations. As a person I bring sensitivity, curiosity, and humour. Are you ready to take the next step in your healing journey?
